"Phenyo Ke O" by Aldo Brincat

Blessed Aldo Brincat in association with Ijooo! Theatre Productions and the Mmegi Monitor presented ‘Phenyo Ke O’; based on the family favourite Pinocchio. The play was being held at Mantlwaneng Theatre at Westwood International School from the 7th to the 22nd of December 2012. I loved this show! The clever use of props, costume, timing and storytelling created a magical and entertaining show which adults and children enjoyed. The staging was phenomenal and the overall night left me feeling refreshed and confident in the capabilities of the local theatre industry in Botswana. I especially loved the fact that most of the stunning costumes and set were made using recycled materials. It was a pleasure supporting such a varied and talented production =)
